Think Autism ;)

KNOW THE SIGN FOR EARLY PREVENTION

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is known as a complex developmental disability that affects the communication process of a person with other people verbally or non-verbally and how they perceive and experience the world around them.

SIGNS OF AUTISM? well i can say they typically occur during early childhood at the age as early as the first two years of a child's life.

Based on my research on Autism, there are still no causes of autism but in the increase of awareness and early diagnosis and by getting a good support can help children that happen to have this disorder to get better outcomes. The behaviour that occur in a person who is diagnose with Autism are :
  • Having difficulties to make eye contact with other people.
  • There are delays in learning language.
  • Difficulties to execute task that are related to planning and reasoning
  • Poor motor skills and sensory sensitivity.
Again, a person on the spectrum might follow many of these behaviours or just a few, or many others besides. The diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder is applied based on analysis of all behaviours and their severity.

IS AUTISM TREATABLE? Of course it does but there will be in need of a lot of patience to cure a person. It is possible to be treated because children do not outgrow autism and as i mention earlier, with an early involvement in helping a person with autism can help them to have a positive outcome to heal.

Here are some signs that can help you to see in a child life:
  • Lack of or delay in spoken language
  • Repetitive use of language and/or motor mannerisms (e.g., hand-flapping, twirling objects)
  • Little or no eye contact
  • Lack of interest in peer relationships
  • Lack of spontaneous or make-believe play
  • Persistent fixation on parts of objects
